We buy clothes, bags, shoes and accessories. We arrange a free courier pick-up, with Royal Mail Parcelforce. Your bundle will come back to us on a 48-hour dispatch.
When we receive the items, will will reach a valuation figure, within 24 hours and call you. If you are happy to go ahead, we will post you a cheque, that same day, following your confirmation of acceptance, by email. It's that simple!

What items are acceptable?
All items, with the exception of designer handbags, must be less than 4 years old. All items must be in excellent condition. This means no damage, staining, or colour-fading. Items should be almost as good as new - the only difference being that they may have been through the wash.
Nobody wants damaged clothing and neither do we! Clothes that have shrunk in the wash are considered to be damaged and are of no use to us.
We do not accept socks, underwear, swimwear, nightwear, bathrobes, towels, or bed-linen. Footwear is ok with minor marks, but it must be consistent with being lightly worn, just a few times, at the most. Wear to heels and scuffed toes are not acceptable.
Items that are not acceptable to us will just be given to our local charity shops. They will not be returned to you, so please do not include them.
Nobody wants damaged clothing and neither do we! Clothes that have shrunk in the wash are considered to be damaged and are of no use to us.

How much do we pay?
Clothing and shoes are paid by weight and are split into 3 payment tiers:
1. Budget High Street - Labels such as George, Cedarwood State, Matalan, etc. We pay £1.00 per kilo, for budget clothes and shoes. We also pay £1.00 per kilo for all baby and children's clothing.
2. General High Street - Labels like Next, River Island, Topman, Topshop, Atmosphere, Dorothy Perkins, Monsoon, Adidas, Nike, etc. You will be paid £2.00 per kilo for these brands.
3. Designer Clothes - We regard brands such as Superdry, Diesel, FCUK, DKNY, Reiss and Firetrap as the low threshold for designer clothes/shoes. We pay £3.00 a kilo for genuine designer brands.
So if you send us 20 kilos of clothes/shoes and 5 kilos are budget high street, 10 kilos are general high street and 5 kilos are designer brands, you will receive £5 + £20 + £15 = £40.00. 20 kilos is about the weight of a full cardboard box, measuring 60x60x50cm. Many people find they have 5, or more, boxes that they want to send to us. No problem! We can pick up as many boxes as you can fill! We never charge you for the courier fees.

What about handbags?
Budget High Street and General High Street bags are valued in the same way as clothes and shoes.
Designer bags are valued individually. For example, we would pay between £25 and £50 for a genuine LV Papillon bag, depending on condition and accompanying documentation/packaging.
£100 is the maximum we will pay for any single handbag. Please call us to discuss items that you wish to sell. Be aware that our team can spot forged bags easily.
You will receive no money for a forged handbag, which will be handed in to the police. If you aren't sure that it is genuine, then don't send it in!
Designer bags are valued individually. For example, we would pay between £25 and £50 for a genuine LV Papillon bag, depending on condition and accompanying documentation/packaging.
£100 is the maximum we will pay for any single handbag. Please call us to discuss items that you wish to sell. Be aware that our team can spot forged bags easily.
You will receive no money for a forged handbag, which will be handed in to the police. If you aren't sure that it is genuine, then don't send it in!

Call us Monday-Friday, 10am-5pm, to arrange a courier collection with Parcelforce.
We can discuss any queries you have, before confirmation. We will also advise you on how to pack your items, ready for collection.
